HEAD OF DEBT MANAGEMENT FINLAND

As the Head of Debt Management Finland, you will lead a team of 22 skilled professionals managing the legal collection of both personal and corporate customers.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to join an international management team with the responsibility for our Finland office, working with Debt management and advisory. In this role you will lead a team of specialists working with legal collection, ensuring high-quality collection processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven leader who thrives in dynamic settings, excels at people development, and has a passion for operational excellence in financial services.

YOUR PROFILE - A COLLABORATIVE AND DRIVEN APPROACH

The leader we are looking for possesses a deep knowledge of Debt Collection and Debt Advisory, ensuring regulatory compliance, in collaboration with external and internal partners.

We also imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced time management and organisational skills
  • A strong customer-centric approach and motivation to deliver high-quality service
