We are dedicated to providing great online shopping experiences and are on the lookout for a Head of Delivery Experience to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in logistics leadership, preferably in an e-commerce setting alternatively a management consulting background within e-commerce and supply chain management.
  • Strong operational and strategic skills with the ability to manage both daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
  • Strong drive and a proven record in leading strategic initiatives.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in customer dialogues and ability to promote services.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management with the ability to lead a network of external service providers to achieve key business objectives.
  • Comfortable with switching between planning and detail focused execution and validation, in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven record of leading B2C team, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching abilities to foster collaboration, and empower team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and lead with data-driven decisions.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.University degree in business, management, logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Head of Delivery Experience, you will be the driving force in transforming how we can improve the customer experience through an excellent delivery service. Your focus will be on ensuring successful performance across the Nordic markets, leading a small internal team and an external network of partners. The aim is to accelerate our fulfillment into a vibrant service for merchants and customers. This role encompasses both strategic and operational elements, requiring a hands-on approach to daily logistics management, and you report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES

  • Ownership of developing our FBC service, including executing go-to-market tactics and activities, ensure they meet set objectives and expand business.
  • Ensure that we offer a fulfillment service that serves our merchants with a fast and reliable solution for their logistics needs.
  • Day-to-day responsibility for our warehouse (3PL) and transport partners, building a strong supply chain eco-system to secure fast and reliable fulfillment operations.
  • Lead efforts in continuous optimisation and adaption of our requirements and instructions.
  • Drive development and secure the right prerequisites for a highly satisfied delivery experience for our customers across the Nordic markets for CDON and Fyndiq.
  • Ensure that our Merchants deliver their orders in a timely manner and with high customer satisfaction in the direct deliveries, “drop-shipment” model.
  • Support our merchants with information, data and guidance to continuously improve their performance.
  • Lead efforts in continuous optimisation and adaption of our requirements and instructions.
  • Analysing logistical data to continuously optimise and improve our efforts, and reporting results to the management team and the company
  • Create an organisational setup to best match the competence, requirements and workflows needed to succeed with our strategy.
  • Lead and coach your team to create a culture with a strong passion and a focus on customer engagement.Act as an internal ambassador for fulfillment services, participate in business development as an SME in logistics.
