ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Head of Delivery Experience, you will be the driving force in transforming how we can improve the customer experience through an excellent delivery service. Your focus will be on ensuring successful performance across the Nordic markets, leading a small internal team and an external network of partners. The aim is to accelerate our fulfillment into a vibrant service for merchants and customers. This role encompasses both strategic and operational elements, requiring a hands-on approach to daily logistics management, and you report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
