You will own and lead Ki’s Delivery Management function, defining its vision, strategy, and operating model. You will be accountable for the performance of delivery management, and developing a delivery focussed culture in the wider business. You will champion Agile and Lean approaches and grow a community to support applying these approaches into teams and projects.
You’ll bring your experience of leading a commercial Delivery Management function or team, collaborating with a range of technical (data science, product, engineering) and non-technical disciplines (finance, operations, commercial, and strategy teams), as well as technical delivery management or technical project management, successfully leading teams through the full product life cycle, using a variety of tools and techniques to drive delivery.
This is a great opportunity, where you will utilise your ability to establish direction/vision, develop strategies to produce change, and communicate these to a wide audience, whilst using metrics and previous experience to identify, understand and improve delivery performance challenges.
