As our platform and organization scale, we’re looking for a Head Of Delivery Manager to own delivery excellence across R&D, lead the Delivery function, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution of complex, cross-team initiatives. מי אנחנו? null Your Day-to-Day Own end-to-end delivery across R&D, from planning and prioritization to successful production releases. Lead and manage Delivery Managers, including mentoring, performance management, and professional growth. Drive delivery methodologies, standards, and governance across multiple teams. Partner with CTO, Product, and Engineering leaders to align execution with business priorities. Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery tradeoffs across large-scale initiatives. מה מחכה לך? null Requirements 7+ years of experience in delivery, project, or program management within technology organizations. Proven people management experience, including direct management of Delivery Managers or Project Managers. Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-team development programs. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and system architecture.
