We’re a 20-person SaaS company building a market-leading shipping automation platform. We’ve got in-house dev, support, sales, and partnership teams, and we’re growing fast. What we need now is a Head of Delivery & Operations, the person who makes sure what we decide actually gets done, delivered, and lands smoothly with customers and partners.
Right now, the founders are acting as the “glue” between teams, chasing priorities, unblocking, and making sure projects land properly. We want you to take that on and run it better than we ever could.

• Own the end-to-end delivery pipeline across dev, product, support, and partnerships.
• Turn founder priorities into clear delivery plans and see them through to live, documented, and supported outcomes.
• Keep all teams aligned; devs building the right things, support and partners prepped before launch, and founders out of the weeds.
• Spot risks and delivery blockers early, and fix them fast.
• Balance deadlines, scope, and quality while keeping delivery predictable and customers happy.
• Support company and partner-collab in-person and online international events.
• Lead and grow the delivery function, including hiring and managing staff as we scale.
