Head of Department for Implementation Management of Corporate Clients (m/f/d)

The "Corporate Clients Active Implementation Management" department within the "Corporate Clients Implementation Management" division designs the implementation of IT applications – with a focus on loan processes for commercial clients and the S-KIPilot AI application from Finanz Informatik. The department is responsible for the comprehensive implementation process with the goal of deploying and utilizing the application within the savings banks. This requires close collaboration with other departments, associations, and partner service providers.

Tasks:

Respectful leadership of employees, promotion of personal responsibility and creation of space for innovation and personal development
A 360-degree view of customer needs, FI's range of solutions, and the market environment for commercial lending.
Development of a specialist annual plan for sales implementation priorities, including defining the level of ambition and supporting the department management in the coordination (rollout content, budget requirements, committee assignments)
Participation in the management and successful implementation of introductory projects as (deputy) project manager and responsibility for progress/results controlling of the introductory measures.
Proactive implementation of innovative approaches to introducing new solutions
Identification of future topics in implementation management, conceptual development and translation into effective measures
Support and advice to the management in strategic tasks and taking on complex special tasks

Profile:

Completed studies (e.g., business informatics, business administration, computer science, etc.) and experience in managing complex projects as well as leadership experience.
In-depth knowledge of commercial lending in banks and/or savings banks
High IT affinity and understanding of banking processes, ideally also experience within the savings bank financial group.
Experience in transformation and change projects as well as in cross-functional collaboration
Strategic thinking, conceptual strength and a strong focus on implementation
Strong communication skills, networking skills, and a confident demeanor at different management levels
High level of initiative, a desire to shape things, and enjoyment in developing and expanding new topics.
