ROLE DESCRIPTION: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT – HOT ROLLED

The Head of Department is responsible for leading, managing, and developing the department to ensure it achieves its strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing staff performance, budget management, operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
