Stillingsbeskrivelse Are you ready to lead M&E within Transport at Ramboll and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration, professional development, and strong client relationships - both nationally and internationally? Your new role As our new Head of Department for M&E in Transport, you will foster collaboration across our organization, engage with clients and partners, support projects and bid teams, and develop the M&E community within Ramboll Transport, while growing existing and new capabilities and services in the department. The department’s employees represent a strong mix of nationalities, backgrounds, and competencies, and are all eager to be frontrunners in developing M&E consultancy services for our clients - primarily public asset owners, but also private industrial companies. The department’s services cover all phases of an M&E project within the infrastructure and transport sector, from early planning, concept design, and detailed design to construction management and site supervision. We collaborate closely across other market areas in Ramboll and deliver full-service consultancy. In addition to projects in Denmark, there will also be opportunities to contribute to projects abroad, always in close collaboration with departments in the respective countries. As Head of Department, you will be part of the leadership team for Civil Structures in Denmark and report to Ramboll’s Country Director for this area. Globally, there are close to 1,000 employees in Civil Structures under Transport at Ramboll, 200 of whom are based in Denmark. Your team members will not necessarily be located in the same office as you. Your primary responsibilities will include: Inspiring, motivating, and engaging our employees, partners, and clients through inclusive leadership, with natural drive and curiosity. Leading business development and bid work, ensuring a healthy business and supporting high-quality project delivery in close collaboration with project managers and subject-matter experts in the department. Collaborating with leaders across the company to support strong cooperation and resource allocation for the benefit of our people and our clients’ projects. Participating in projects as a project manager. Facilitating active engagement in innovation, automation, and digitalization within our current and future service areas. About you Proven experience as a project manager and in people leadership from a consultancy, utility, or public authority. A strong passion for creating sustainable solutions. Enthusiastic about developing the employees and leaders of the future. Educational background in mechanical or energy engineering e.g., MSc in Engineering or Marine Engineer. Solid knowledge of the Danish M&E market. Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
