We are seeking to find a senior and internationally recognised Bridge leader who is capable of bringing the best of their extensive experience into our organisation, to help support top management with the direction and growth of the major projects portfolio within large and complex bridges. The role will be to lead a team, work with Engineers, Owners and Contractors in the consulting and engineering space for both Client side and Design and Build projects within Denmark and internationally.
As our Major Bridges Head of Department, you will be given a broad mandate to grow your team, develop your people, grow the project portfolio, support existing and future complex bridge projects. The team members in the department have a mix of nationalities, backgrounds and skills, and are all eager to be frontrunners in the design and execution of complex bridge structures.
The role is based in Copenhagen. Short term international travel is to be expected as is reasonable with a senior position of this nature. Your team will be part of the Major Projects Spearhead with bridge teams in Finland, Denmark and the UK delivering some of the most complex bridge projects on the market. Within Denmark you will work closely with 150 bridge design colleagues in other departments. Ramboll’s bridge teams work collectively on the large projects bringing the best of international and local designers together to execute successful projects.

• Working with top management and corporate stakeholders for the development of the market

• Collaborating with leaders across the company to support strong collaboration and ensure resource allocation for the benefit of our employees and clients’ projects
• Active participation in innovation, automation and digitalization within our existing and future service areas
