The ideal candidate must be American Board Certified in Pediatrics and fluent in Arabic, with a strong background in clinical leadership, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered care. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping pediatric services, driving clinical excellence, and mentoring the next generation of pediatricians.
