Read more about us here WHAT YOU’LL DO As Head of Design for the Studio, you are responsible for defining and executing the global creative vision, strategy, and direction of the Studio brand across all customer touchpoints. You ensure the brand is presented consistently and compellingly both in-store and online, across all aspects including product design, assortment, guide advertising, and digital experiences. As the brand’s creative leader and guardian, you lead the design team and influence cross-functional teams to develop and drive a compelling and innovative vision and creative strategy for the brand. You stay connected to the cultural zeitgeist and translate this understanding into the brand vision, ensuring it resonates globally and inspires both your team and customers. Job Description: You will be the creative “heart” of the brand, championing and elevating the brand’s identity while serving as its creative spokesperson. You lead the design teams, guiding their work to ensure every output aligns with the overarching creative vision and brand direction. In this role, you oversee all aspects of the brand—from product design and assortment to advertising and customer experience, both online and in-store—ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. You uphold the highest standards of quality to craft memorable, meaningful experiences for customers. You foster cross-functional collaboration while continuously seeking opportunities to improve. You support the customer-focused strategy of “find her, keep her” at both strategic and tactical levels, and stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in design and fashion. Your insights drive decisions that maximize brand growth and ensure it remains at the forefront of the market. Qualifications and Experience: We are looking for someone who is: Is a confident storyteller and presenter, able to inspire Senior Executives and teams across the organization with innovative ideas and a clear creative vision. Has a proven ability to motivate, influence, and lead creative and production teams, internally and externally, locally and globally. Combines creativity with strategic thinking and the ability to work effectively within budget. Understands the retail landscape and how design, marketing, and social channels work together to drive results. Visionary, forward-thinking, and able to communicate a long-term vision that inspires others. Brings a customer-centric mindset with deep insight into the target audience. Possesses in-depth knowledge of fashion and retail, with a strong sense of style, trends, and cultural awareness. Has a proven track record of translating creative vision into commercial success while protecting the brand’s unique DNA. Has 10+ years of relevant creative experience in fashion brands (fashion, premium, or luxury). Holds a Design, Communications, or other arts-related degree. Communicates fluently and efficiently in English, both written and spoken. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You collaborate closely with product teams, brand PR, marketing & experience to bring the brand vision to life through compelling visual storytelling and outstanding design execution.
