Your mission

• Shaping product strategy: You are responsible for the strategic development of our Sales & Service Cloud and will develop it in a scalable and future-proof manner.
• From vision to implementation: You transform a vision into clear outcomes and manage the implementation together with all stakeholders, focusing on aspects beyond your business unit.
• Drive innovation: With modern product development and engineering methods as well as new technologies, you will drive developments forward quickly and achieve a sustainable impact.
• Strengthening responsibility: You create the conditions for your team to take responsibility for quality, innovation and sustainable results.
• Living customer centricity: You anchor customer centricity as a lived standard in decisions, processes and results.
• Shaping transformation: As a member of our transformation team, you will make a significant contribution to the implementation of our corporate strategy.
• People Lead: You lead a team of software engineers, product owners and UX designers, creating an environment where collaboration, responsibility and professional development are practiced.

• You have more than 5 years of experience leading teams consisting of software engineers, product owners, and UX designers.
• You navigate confidently at the interface of product, technology, and business, providing clear guidance.
• You bring experience in building scalable platforms and in demanding transformation scenarios.

• You have built high-performing teams, developed talent, and confidently managed demanding stakeholders.
