We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Delivery to lead the people, practices, and execution required to reliably deliver complex, high value digital initiatives across our global business. Reporting to our GM Digital, in this senior leadership role you will shape how digital change is delivered, ensuring predictability, pace, and measurable business value while fostering a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. It’s equal parts doing and leading, so you’ll be comfortable shaping other people’s ideas as well as coming up with initiatives to drive our success. In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a small specialist team of Product Managers and Product Owners, setting clear expectations for delivery accountability, prioritisation, and backlog quality. Own end-to-end delivery execution across major digital programmes, from initiation through to release and adoption. Act as the senior escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in complex, high pressure environments. Partner closely with Product, UX, Engineering, Data, and IT leaders to ensure initiatives are well defined, well sequenced, and delivery ready. Drive delivery predictability, balancing speed, quality, risk, and technical constraints. Define and use delivery metrics to provide transparency, inform decision making, and identify systemic delivery issues. Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to lift organisational delivery maturity Our ideal candidate is a seasoned digital delivery leader who brings: Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi stream digital initiatives in product led and agile environments. Strong people leadership capability, with a proven track record of developing a high performing team. Deep expertise and success in agile delivery, programme level planning, dependency management, and delivery governance. Confidence operating in complex enterprise environments, aligning cross functional teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end outcomes. Sound commercial and financial acumen, including ownership of delivery budgets and vendor management. The ability to engage credibly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complexity into clear delivery outcomes. Why Join Us? Responsibilities
