Description

We’re looking for a commercially savvy Head of Digital Marketing to join a market leading furniture organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading the digital team through an exciting period of growth and innovation.
This is a broad, strategic and hands-on digital marketing role, overseeing everything from paid media and web to social and influencer campaigns. You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering high-performing digital campaigns, driving innovation and optimisation across all touchpoints, and mentoring a talented in-house team.
You’ll take over the digital strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure each campaign supports the wider business and brand objectives. You’ll also lead on reporting, insight and budget management, ensuring continuous improvement across performance, tools and processes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a real passion for digital and the confidence to lead a busy team. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role
  • Strong understanding of paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content-led digital strategies
  • Hands-on knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. Craft, WordPress or Shopify)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident planning, reporting and analytical skills (ideally with Google Analytics and Data Studio)
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing digital budgets and agencies
  • A collaborative, proactive and flexible approach to work
