Due to continued business growth, we are looking to bring all our digital services in-house and are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing based in either our Manchester or Marlow office to take charge of this phase of our journey.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SHOWCASE IN MY CV TO STAND OUT?

For this senior role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years demonstrable experience of using digital marketing to elevate clients’ brands, enhance their online presence, and drive measurable business results
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership/managerial role and the ability to inspire and mentor a growing team.

Ideally, this experience will have been whilst working at a similarly sized and/or paced creative marketing agency.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in creating and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) who:

  • Has a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Has proven experience with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
  • Takes a data-driven approach to decision-making and has exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Isn’t afraid to challenge clients or briefs. Enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things (embodying our value Brave).
