YOUR JOB:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Head of Digital & Demand Generation to lead our global demand generation efforts, digital marketing strategy, and ABM initiatives. This role is critical in driving qualified pipeline, accelerating revenue growth, and optimizing marketing ROI for our business.
You will own the full spectrum of digital marketing channels, including ABM campaigns, paid media, content syndication, and performance analytics. You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success to build an integrated, scalable demand generation engine targeting key accounts and decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a holistic B2B demand generation strategy that aligns with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline target and continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment on target accounts, lead quality, and pipeline acceleration strategies
  • Oversee multi-channel ABM campaigns (paid ads, personalized content, email, webinars, direct mail, etc.) that drive engagement and influence decision-makers.
  • Measure and report on ABM program impact, including engagement metrics, pipeline influence, and account penetration.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including paid social, PPC, content syndication, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Optimize the company’s digital presence and user experience to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Drive marketing automation and nurture programs to move prospects through the buyer’s journey effectively.
  • Own marketing analytics and reporting for demand generation and ABM efforts, providing clear insights on pipeline impact, ROI, and attribution.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Ensure accurate lead scoring, tracking, and reporting in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Demandbase,).
