About the Role
This isn’t a brand awareness job—it’s a revenue generation mission. You’ll own our entire performance marketing ecosystem, leading strategy and execution across every channel that drives leads, conversions, and cases. From Meta and TikTok to OTT and programmatic, you’ll build high-velocity acquisition machines and push them to their performance limits.
You’ll have full budget authority, a high-caliber team, and a mandate to scale fast, profitably, and aggressively.
Key Responsibilities
· Architect and own cross-channel performance marketing strategy with an obsession for cost per case and ROI
· Manage, optimize, and scale multi-8-figure annual paid media budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, OTT/CTV, and programmatic
· Build, test, and iterate high-performing funnels and creatives that drive measurable conversions
· Implement a data-first culture—live inside dashboards, kill underperformers, and scale winners instantly
· Drive advanced audience targeting, retargeting, and attribution strategies to maximize efficiency
· Lead an internal marketing team and top-tier agency partners with clarity, speed, and accountability
· Identify untapped growth channels and aggressively test into them before competitors
Requirements
· 8+ years in performance marketing leadership with proven success managing
· multi-8-figure paid budgets
· Documented track record of scaling acquisition while improving ROI
· Deep expertise in paid social, paid search, programmatic, OTT/CTV, and funnel optimization
· Mastery of analytics, attribution, and testing frameworks—decisions backed by data, not guesswork
· Creative performance mindset—understands what makes ads convert and how to build them
· Experience building, leading, and motivating A-player marketing teams
