Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver the digital marketing strategy, ensuring it drives brand growth, awareness, and loyalty across the UK & Ireland.
  • Lead and inspire a small digital team, building a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
  • Plan and execute impactful, data-driven campaigns across CRM, paid media, SEO, content, and emerging channels – continually testing, learning, and optimising to reach new audiences.
  • Own and evolve our CRM strategy, from segmentation and lifecycle journeys to automated campaigns, ensuring we maximise acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Map and optimise the digital customer journey, aligning messaging and creative across all touchpoints for a seamless brand experience.
  • Oversee performance marketing and aggregator sponsored ads, ensuring activity delivers measurable ROI and supports broader marketing goals.
  • Partner with brand, creative, digital, and operations teams to deliver consistent, integrated campaigns that amplify our impact.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, reporting on KPIs including awareness, consideration, conversion, and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and opportunities – ensuring we’re always innovating and pushing boundaries.
