Proven leadership in HR technology delivery, ideally within large enterprise environments. Deep familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and experience managing its configuration, integration, and roadmap alignment. Strong understanding of HR data architecture, application development, and agile delivery methods. Experience in managing cross-functional teams across IT, vendor ecosystems, and business functions. Hands-on management style, capable of both setting direction and supporting execution across multiple workstreams. Strategic mindset with operational discipline—able to anticipate platform needs and act as a key enabler of scalable, high-impact solutions.
