PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic partnership frameworks to foster collaboration with key stakeholders, including fintech companies, technology providers, and other financial institutions.
• Lead the analytics team to drive data-driven decision-making across all business units, ensuring the effective use of data to enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee the design and execution of advanced analytics initiatives, leveraging big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to generate actionable insights and support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and evaluate new technologies and innovations that can enhance the bank’s digital capabilities and competitive edge.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for data governance, data quality, and data privacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform partnership strategies and analytics initiatives.
• Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the analytics team, promoting the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering mutual trust and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• Deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights, progress, and recommendations related to partnerships and analytics.
  Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on partnerships and analytics.
• Deep understanding of data analytics and digital transformation in the banking sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and delivering impactful results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to data management and privacy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others.
• Time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to work professionally with various levels of staff and management, strong teamwork
