Through consulting and services, you support customers in managing a digital transformation that goes beyond technology such as Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, Data Advisory, Data & AI, App & Cloud Transformation and Digital Strategy & Business Case, and offers measurable added value, operational efficiency, improved return on investment and long-term benefits.

We are seeking an experienced individual with many years of experience in management or technology consulting , currently working at the Senior Manager or Senior Management Consultant level . Ideally, they possess in-depth knowledge of digital strategy and business case development , as well as extensive experience advising companies in the IT and technology sectors. Furthermore, they demonstrate a strong client focus, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusting relationships at the C-level.

Job description:

• Support in generating new business with new and existing customers. Identification and proactive positioning of consulting projects – both independently and embedded within Atos' comprehensive technology landscape.
• Responsibility for the implementation and fulfillment of the Practice's objectives, as well as for the professional and disciplinary management of the assigned employees.
• Responsibility for the further development and expansion of the practice
• Assuming operational responsibility for the practice, taking into account global guidelines and initiatives as well as local requirements; aligning towards the implementation and achievement of local and global objectives.
• Support in defining and further developing Atos Amplify's market entry strategy in Germany.
• Central point of contact for the practice within the organization; advising and representing the practice internally and externally.
• Support in strategic customer planning in Amplify in line with the customers' business and technology goals.
• Independent project management for internal and client projects
• Leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high performance standards and customer satisfaction.
• Developing best practices and consulting standards
• Close collaboration with CIP, Atos Sales, CEP and Growth Organisation.
• Responsibility for compliance with organizational and administrative processes within a given area of ​​responsibility
• Responsibility for the entire performance and service delivery within the department, including standardization of processes and fulfillment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Economics, etc.).
• Extensive experience (usually over 10 years) in management or technology consulting with a focus on industry consulting, digital strategy and digital transformation, outsourcing, etc., as well as sound knowledge of technology trends.
• Comprehensive knowledge in areas relevant to the job and practice
• Good business acumen and strong customer focus.
• Proven ability to exert influence and build trust at the C-level, particularly with COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and those responsible for business transformation.
• A cooperative leadership style that involves various stakeholders from strategy development to implementation.
• Advantageous: Existing customer network with customers in Germany.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
