Learn more about our D&I initiatives here: https://www.syngenta.com/careers/working-syngenta/diversity-and-inclusion Job Description Lead the digital transformation journey of Syngenta in Indonesia to bring new technologies in agriculture which will have the positive impact on livelihood of farmers Provide modern research based break-through digital technologies to boost farm productivity leading towards developed agricultural economy of Indonesia Provide digital insights and analytics to support strategic decisions in order to achieve the purpose of Syngenta that is Bringing Plant Potential to Life Accountabilities: Lead and drive country digital initiatives Manage Digital Marketing activities for all products/brands in country Translate brand/product strategies into a focused digital campaign strategy & plan based on customer/grower insights. Define, create and implement and optimize the local digital marketing campaigns (focus on acquisition of grower data, grower engagement, conversion of sales and grower loyalty), B2B and B2C Alignment of digital campaigns with local marketing teams and their initiatives Leads digital campaign execution and ensure all related party (including agency/vendor) meet approved project milestones. Creation of digital campaign creation briefs for the agencies involved and the end-to end campaign delivery process Provide content strategy. Management of all digital campaign content consistency & quality according to the brand guidelines Supervise and monitor customer inquiry/complaints make sure all followed up, managed and recorded it properly Manage Digital Advertisement Develop digital media plan & strategy to boost brand awareness through digital media Realization of tagging & SEO/SEM implementation of all digital campaign assets to drive traffic Work closely with digital media buying agency to make sure optimal budget utilization Responsible to manage team social media campaign, e-commerce, grower database. Utilize and analyze data to support strategy and data driven decision Monitoring, Reporting and Controlling digital marketing cost spending Setting, measuring, optimization and reporting of all campaign KPI’s and as such optimize digital A&P spend Regular monitoring and reporting digital marketing campaign effectiveness Collecting and sharing information about digital insights, digital marketing trends, technology and competitive review Manage local digital marketing A&P budget. Ensure optimal budget utilization Work closely and interfacing with external agencies, Syngenta IT & Digital and local Marketing & IT teams and Corporate affairs Involve in Global digital projects through proper stakeholder management in very close cooperation with Global, Region and Country Management Teams Drive digital marketing capability building in local marketing teams Qualifications Bachelor (S1) degree in Marketing/Communication/Information Technology (IT) Min. 2 years of hands-on digital marketing head implementation experience management; preferably in a large international company, preferred have experienced in handling digital on FMCG/Consumer Health brands or digital agency Experience in direct interaction with senior leaders and above country level Familiar to Internet / website technologies Familiar to digital application development phase, including progress development in digital world Having good understanding on overall marketing knowledge and activities Strong analytical skills and understanding of core KPI metrics Additional Information Be willing to travel, including overnight and over the weekend trip
