Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for executive management.

• Develop automated management reports for Finance, Real Estate, Operations, and Corporate Management.

• Build KPI dashboards that provide real-time business insights.

• Perform data analysis and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Data Management & Analytics

• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from the Focus ERP System using SQL Server.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.

• Maintain data integrity, consistency, and governance standards.

• Organize enterprise data for reporting and analytics.

Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.

• Support the organization's digital transformation roadmap through reporting automation and workflow improvements.

• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting and system requirements.

• Recommend innovative Microsoft technologies that improve efficiency and productivity.

Systems Development & Support

• Participate in system design, enhancement, testing, and implementation.

• Support ERP integrations with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Troubleshoot reporting and database issues.
