Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities. As Head of / Director of Sales - Private Aviation, you will be responsible for growing Wheely’s presence in the private aviation sector, partnering with operators, FBOs, and brokers to deliver our luxury chauffeur services to their clients. You will drive strategic partnerships to expand Wheely’s reach among private aviation clients, supporting growth in existing and new markets, including the US. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with product and operations teams to tailor Wheely’s offerings for this vertical and ensure successful execution of the strategy. Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure, with a typical cycle spanning 6-12 months. Lead strategic negotiations and structure deals to integrate Wheely’s luxury chauffeur services into private aviation programs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with private jet operators, FBOs, and brokers. Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions tailored for private aviation clients. Represent Wheely at industry events and forums. Requirements Experience working directly in the private aviation sector (e.g., proven track record selling jet card programs, charter services, or aircraft management solutions). Established network among top-tier operators, FBOs, and brokers. Experience managing long, complex sales cycles. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
