  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • A Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.) in Alberta, or can obtain within 6 months
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Bridge Design and Project Management in the consulting environment
  • Experience in leading bridge projects with Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors, the City of Edmonton, and the City of Calgary
  • Significant background in managing projects and overseeing teams, with a focus on relevant technical engineering knowledge.
  • Extensive experience in team development, with skills in mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others through change while showing genuine interest in employee career development.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with effective time management abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
