THE AVERAGE DAY:

• Develop a progressive training program to ensure development of individual divers and the team
• Attend seminars, coaching clinics, APS/AGSV review meetings and conferences as directed by the Head of Sport & Activities.
• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive team culture.
• Communicate with Carey community members and key stakeholders regarding the Carey Diving program
• Administration of the annual Diving budget in collaboration with the Head of Sport & Activities and manage all equipment and purchases.
• Advocate for and promote Diving throughout the Carey community.

We are currently seeking an experienced Diving Coach to join the Carey team as the Casual Head of Diving. This role suits a dynamic leader who has experience developing programs to support students to meet their goals in their chosen field.
The Casual Head of Diving is responsible for coaching the Carey APS Diving Team (Boys and Girls) from Year 7-12 and leading a team of casual Diving coaches/assistants.
