Persian Horizon Group, comprising two active online stores in the UAE and Iran — one in the beauty and cosmetics sector and the other in the food, construction, and handicrafts industries — is seeking an experienced E-Commerce General Manager with outstanding operational expertise and the ability to manage multiple specialist sectors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ executive management experience in launching and operating online stores and e-commerce platforms.
  • Practical experience and in-depth knowledge in at least two of the following sectors:
  • Beauty and Cosmetics
  • Food, Construction, or Handicrafts
  • Strong command of digital marketing strategies, online sales, brand development, and multi-sector team building.
  • Proven skills in recruitment, staff training, and negotiation with domestic and international partners.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic or Persian is an advantage), familiarity with CRM systems, and KPI-based data analysis.
  • Leadership qualities, ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously, and passion for developing multi-purpose businesses.
Responsibilities
  • Full management and oversight of two online stores (Beauty and Cosmetics + Food/Construction/Handicrafts).
  • Design, implement, and optimize growth and marketing strategies for each sector.
  • Conduct market analysis and develop new products/brands in the UAE and Iran.
  • Manage sales, marketing, technical, warehouse, and logistics teams in both countries.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, specialist brands, and influencers in each sector.
  • Recruit and manage sales representatives and coordinate multi-channel advertising campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor KPIs: revenue, customer satisfaction, engagement growth, and acquisition rate in each sector.
  • Provide regular reports to the group’s senior management and coordinate with domestic and international strategic partners.
