Xlash is now seeking a talented and driven Head of E-commerce to take our online presence to the next level. If you are passionate about E-commerce growth, data-driven decision-making, and innovative business development, we want to hear from you!
XLASH: s niche is in beauty products and we are most of all known for our best-selling eyelash serum. The brand was founded in 2011 in the UK but is now headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
In total, Xlash is sold in 25 different countries and over 3,6 million customers around the world have tried Xlash. We want to take our business to the next level, we are now looking for a Head of E-commerce to join our team
About the job
As the Head of E-commerce at Xlash, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our online sales channels. You will lead a small, dedicated team including a Performance Marketer, a CRM Specialist and Customer Service representatives, and also collaborate closely with Matilda, our Brand Marketing lead, and her team. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and engage in hands-on work. Balancing short-term goals with long-term vision is key.
Responsibilities
E-commerce growth and strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, optimize the online customer journey, and improve acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
Business development: Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance our e-commerce presence.
Operational excellence: Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
Performance marketing: Collaborate with the Performance Marketer to execute digital marketing (B2B & D2C) campaigns and optimize ROI through data-driven adjustments.
CRM and email marketing: Leverage CRM and email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive sales, including loyalty programs and personalized campaigns.
Headless e-commerce solutions: Utilize Centra to create flexible and scalable online shopping experience.
Digital agency collaboration: Coordinate with our digital agency for smooth technical implementations and continuous improvement.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in e-commerce and business development but also has a passion for innovation and growth.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
Technical skills: Proficient in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software. Experience with CRM/email marketing in Klaviyo, headless e-commerce solutions like Centra, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
Data-driven: Strong ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive growth.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on: Willingness to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Holistic approach: Ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision and strategy.
Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English.
