Head of Early Years (Bilingual) : We are seeking an exceptional Head of Early Years to lead our Kindergarten (KG) division with vision, passion, and purpose.

Reporting directly to the Principal, you will champion best practices in early years pedagogy while fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and high-performing environment for students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field

Minimum 5 years of Early Years experience (leadership experience preferred)

Experience with an American curriculum (UAE/international school experience highly desirable)

• Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogies and global best practices
