JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Ecommerce Operations to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective performance of our growing business by maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Your primary focus will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience, and delivering a top-tier customer experience that fosters loyalty and repeat business.
You will develop and implement operational workflows to maximize productivity, as well as identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will also leverage tools like Zendesk to analyze customer behavior and refine engagement strategies, continuously improving the customer journey across our platforms.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Head of Ecommerce Operations has:

  • A university degree and 8+ years work experience, or 10+ years work experience in progressive roles in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge or experience with customer service and digital marketing software (e.g. Zendesk, SAP, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, CRM) and familiarity with software development
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
  • Superior relationships building and negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing budgets and business plans
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A positive attitude with a strong bias for action

EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant: 8+ years (Preferred)
  • Operations management: 3+ years (Preferred)
