Description

Job Title: Head of Employability
Location: Remote, UK
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Employability to join our amazing team at The B2W Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference in the community.
The Head of Employability will develop relationships and influence at a senior/executive level, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to make sure B2W’s products and focus are aligned to strategic client needs and talent strategies. The position will include line management of Business Development Managers to identify potential opportunities and support those BDMs in promoting and securing the business.
The prime deliverable is growing revenue and EBIT within key provision areas; with the aim of generating large-scale multi-year employer partnerships across multiple product lines across our portfolio of learning solutions. This will be achieved through building strategic relationships and becoming a ‘Trusted Advisor’ focussed on maximising funded and commercial qualifications through a solutions sales approach.

Responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of Go-To Market strategy for our employer led talent solutions (specifically AEB Pre-Employment Training, Digital Bitesize and Higher-Level Skills), as well as a sales plan for employer engagement, including identification of target customers in line with funding profiles, and development of working cadence and associated KPI’s.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal of contracts, developing account growth strategies and implement initiatives to increase revenue and profitability, and ensuring all opportunities are in line with B2W’s minimum EBIT targets when negotiating commercial propositions with the client.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers around talent and learning, developing strategic account plans to drive growth, expansion, and profitability.
  • Work with Finance, Marketing and associated stakeholders to develop a sales P&L for ongoing ownership and management, initially in relation to the core Pre-Employment Training business line.
  • Line management of team members, in line with business objectives and KPIs.
