As our Head of Employee Experience, you'll be at the forefront of crafting a five-star experience across the entire employee lifecycle, all while bringing our values to life and leading a team of dedicated professionals. YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: Leading and mentoring a team of Employee Experience professionals to deliver a cohesive, high-impact employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. Designing initiatives that build culture and belonging — from talent development programs and senior leadership initiatives to community-building experiences that support our people and long-term business goals. Driving internal communications that are transparent, inclusive, and aligned across all levels of the organisation. Bringing our physical office spaces to life as cultural hubs that promote connection, collaboration, and purpose. Partnering with cross-functional teams (People, IT, Finance, Governance, and more) to ensure systems, tools, and processes support the employee experience strategy. Managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver experience-led projects with measurable impact. Supporting employer branding by showcasing the employee experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: 7+ years of experience in employee experience, culture enablement, leadership development and organisational development Experience in managing different teams including budget responsibility and process improvement. Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels. Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle best practices and designing processes that drive efficiency. Proficiency in tools like Workday, Peakon, 360Learning, and other employee experience or HRIS platforms. Data-driven mindset, confident using analytics and insights to drive decisions. High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and a passion for inclusion. A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a flair for creativity and experience design. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus.
