Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, acting as a trusted advisor for enablement initiatives.
Build, lead and develop a team to support the Central (DACH) sales organization.
Align closely with global counterparts to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify enablement needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Partner with Sales Programs and Sales Strategy team to align and activate against key initiatives, reporting results and insights to senior stakeholders.
Drive the design and execution of in-role, and career development enablement programs to accelerate sales productivity.
Deliver high-impact enablement solutions by leveraging subject matter experts, both virtually and in person.
Provide thought leadership on enablement rollout strategies, content development, and certification programs.
Collaborate with Global Enablement leadership to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.
