About Kenzup. Join the new moroccan fintech startup! Kenzup. is a startup launched in June 2020, funded and backed by a big moroccan corporation aiming to diversify its activities towards digital financial services. Kenzup. ambition is to develop a wide range of financial services to be used by millions of moroccans in their daily life and support the national financial inclusion strategy. Your role You will be the Tech spokesperson of the company and the engineering team leader and manager. You will be part of the P&T leadership team, in addition to the company leadership team. Your position will be critical when it comes to taking long term strategic decisions for the company and the business. In details you role will be : Be a leader within the P&T organization in particular and the whole Kenz'up organization Set the Tech vision and strategy that supports the Product vision and strategy Define the platform architecture aligned with the Tech vision Promote the Tech culture within the company Define the Engineering team organization in collaboration with the CPTO Support the engineering team to work under the most optimal conditions and to reach maximum efficiency Support the engineering team members to help them grow toward leadership or expertise positions Understand and cascade the company vision and strategy to the engineering team Build on top of the actual engineering team processes and how-to's to keep improving the end result delivered to customers Be impact oriented, not output oriented Collaborate with the Product and UX organizations and leaders to align on priorities Work closely with product and UX teams to implement most suitable solutions given time to market constraints Required skills > 10yrs experience in technical architecture and conception, from MVP to full scale stage products Experience either as founder/co-founder or as member of a company leadership team Expertise leading big scale tech projects and risk management Ability to support team members technically Strong leadership needed to drive teams to perform at their best Ability to manage large organizations (+10 persons) Excellent written and spoken communication skills (english) Analytical skills and data driven/informed mindset Experience in marketplaces or transactional applications Lean mindset, Hands-On mindset. Knowledge about mobile payment (tech and general) is a plus Technical knowledge Mastering the following stacks/technologies is mandatory : Frontend : React / React Native Backend : Python / Django Infra : Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, Terraform AI : Agno, Langgraph CI/CD : Github Actions DBMS: PostgreSQL
