REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience with a strong electrical and/or engineering background, preferably with international experience.
  • Excellent skills in using MS Office products.
  • Strong proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Strong communication skills to work within and across international and intercultural project teams.
  • Availability to travel worldwide (up to 30%).

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination between countries, divisions, departments, and disciplines with direct reporting line to Director Engineering (Headquarter) and CEO of Belectric Italy
  • Supervising and coordinating the team of engineers (electrical, mechanical, civil, etc.) working on the design of photovoltaic plants.
  • Ensuring that the team works in synergy to meet deadlines, technical objectives, and assigned budgets.
  • Providing technical support and assistance in resolving complex problems.
  • Overseeing the design process of photovoltaic systems, ensuring that technical, regulatory, and safety requirements are met with Focus on Italian Specific Engineering Tasks like Grid Connection
  • Involvement in the selection of the most appropriate photovoltaic technologies (solar panels, inverters, support structures, storage systems, etc.).
  • Working to optimize plant performance, improving energy efficiency and reducing installation and maintenance costs.
  • Monitoring project progress from design to implementation.
  • Ensuring that projects are completed within the established deadlines, while meeting cost and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with other company divisions, such as procurement, sales, and legal, to ensure that all aspects of the project are covered
