We are looking for a Head of Product Platform to lead and scale multiple engineering teams and their managers, driving the technical strategy, execution, and evolution of our platform capabilities. You will ensure that our AI-powered products are built on a robust, scalable, and developer-friendly foundation, enabling faster innovation and seamless integration with enterprise systems. This cross-functional leadership role requires deep technical expertise, organizational leadership, and strategic thinking to scale a high-performing engineering function.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop engineering managers: Mentor and guide EMs across multiple platform teams, ensuring impact, high alignment, execution, and team health.
  • Define and execute the platform strategy: Establish a clear technical vision and together with your PM counterpart, iterate over your scope’s roadmap to ensure continuously impactful outcomes.
  • Scale platform capabilities: Build highly reliable, performant, and extensible systems that support AI-driven customer interactions at scale.
  • Drive engineering excellence: Foster best practices in architecture, operational excellence, reliability, security, and developer experience across the platform teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholder teams to ensure platform investments align with company objectives.
  • Operational ownership: Drive observability, performance, cost efficiency, and incident response across core platform services.
  • Hire, retain, and scale: Attract top talent, build a strong culture, continuously raise the bar of engineering excellence, and structure teams for high autonomy and impact.
