Define engineering strategy, long-term architecture, and scalable technology frameworks. Build and mentor high-performing engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps teams. Drive CI/CD, MLOps, DevOps maturity, and automation across engineering. Collaborate closely with business, product, and leadership teams to align engineering execution with strategic goals. Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, customer focus, and delivery excellence.
