Lead the engineering roadmap in partnership with the CEO to align with company priorities. Review code regularly and stay hands-on in engineering processes. Develop and implement engineering standards for system quality and security. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer success to meet enterprise requirements. Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in fast-paced environments. Hands-on coding experience with the ability to quickly assess technical challenges. A proven track record of delivering security-sensitive infrastructure products. Experience improving team velocity and efficiency in a startup context. Familiarity with AI-assisted development methodologies. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
