At ReWind, we develop a software product for energy companies and wind developers to guide the end-of-life phase of wind farms. Our mission is to accelerate wind energy renewal and ensure no components end up in landfill.
ReWind began as an internal project in DNV and has spun out into an independent, fast-growing company since launching our first product in 2023. Combining deep wind industry expertise with leading software development, we are now looking for a talented Head of Engineering to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years’ experience in software engineering.
• Previous experience as a Head of Engineering, CTO or Lead Engineer role.
• C#, Azure and React development experience.
• Strong network of software engineering talent in Norway.
• You thrive in multidisciplinary team environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• CV must be submitted in English.
• Based in the Oslo area, Norway.

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The Head of Engineering will lead the software engineering team, in our mission to build a world-class software product for end-of-life management of wind farms. You will collaborate closely with our CEO, Head of Commercial, Head of Product, Industry Experts, and Software Engineers to drive our next phase of growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

› Lead ReWind’s software engineering function, with our growing team of software engineers.
› Build a top tier software engineering product team that delivers software solutions at rapid speed.
› Represent technology in the overall company strategy and ensure ReWind’s architecture can scale and wow customers.
› Contribute to our existing product offering, including hands-on feature development.
