Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, English Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Recognised teaching qualification.

Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching English, with previous leadership or Head of Department experience.

Strong knowledge of the British curriculum and assessment practices.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.

Ability to mentor teachers and support their professional development.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in educational technology
