Job Description
Viva Energy Australia is seeking a visionary leader to drive our enterprise application and AI strategy, transforming the way we deliver digital solutions across the organisation. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact portfolio that blends business transformation, ethical AI adoption, and enterprise-wide technology optimisation.
As the Head of Enterprise Applications & AI, you’ll lead a talented team and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that unlock measurable business value.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Proven experience leading enterprise application devops and AI strategy in large organisations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in Salesforce and ERP architecture, configuration, and integration.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, governance, and ethical considerations.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including board-level reporting.
