Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation and oversee broader sales platform strategy.
  • Represent IT in enterprise-level projects and cross-functional decision-making forums.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align tech solutions with commercial needs.
  • Coach and empower a newly forming team; Business Analyst and Project Manager.
  • Drive clarity in an evolving environment by defining strategic roadmaps and solution design.
  • Manage vendors and ensure high-quality service and alignment with business outcomes.
  • Champion change, ensuring buy-in across departments and successful platform adoption.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally across multiple modules such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Ecommerce.
  • Proven success in leading enterprise SaaS platform delivery, particularly in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience leading and scaling technical teams, while influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption.
  • A collaborative and coaching-based leadership style that brings people together across tech and business.
