We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Enterprise Architecture to lead our enterprise architecture function. This role is critical in ensuring that our IT strategy aligns with our business goals, enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness through innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the enterprise architecture strategy aligned with the organization's vision and goals Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology roadmaps and priorities Architecture Development: Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices Ensure the architecture supports business capabilities and drives business transformation initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business leaders to identify and address enterprise-wide technology needs and challenges and map IT strategy to Business goals Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and promote a shared understanding of architecture principles. Processes: Ensure end to end global processes are documented, governed and linked to the enterprise architecture. Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure adherence to architectural standards and compliance with regulatory requirements Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing enterprise architecture team Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate architectural strategies and benefits to stakeholders at all levels Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on technology and architectural matters. Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies in complex organizations Experience with cloud architectures, microservices, and modern application development methodologies. Performance & Personal Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and foster partnerships Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and technological advancements.
