ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Enterprise Sales to lead and elevate our Enterprise Sales function.
This strategic role is responsible for driving revenue growth from our top-tier clients, developing high-performing sales talent and shaping the future of account management across the business. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor and manage an engaged team of Business Development Managers following our people management processes to consistently exceed cross-sell, upsell and overall sales targets.
  • Establish a high-performance culture that sets the standard across the wider Sales Team.
  • Strategic Growth & Client Development
  • Drive continuous growth within Aspire’s largest enterprise accounts, increasing wallet share and ensuring successful contract renewals.
  • Identify and target sector verticals for new logo acquisition that align with Aspires value proposition—particularly organisations that embrace Microsoft Modern Workplace, value IT investment, and prioritise cybersecurity.
  • Work with the leadership team to develop and implement a national Enterprise Sales strategy to expand market reach and capture new business opportunities with organisations of 1,000 users and above.
  • Account Management Excellence
  • Design and implement a best-in-class Account Management Strategy focused on value creation, regular account reviews and maximising revenue opportunities across existing customers.
  • Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
  • Take ownership of pipeline development and opportunity progression through to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and sustainable revenue delivery.
  • Bid & Tender Support
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategic Engagement team to support high-quality responses for Public Sector bids and tenders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build strong working relationships across departments, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial strategies.


    • Work with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns, initiatives, and offerings that drive measurable growth.

    YOU WILL SUIT THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE

    • Extensive expertise in enterprise sales or a closely related field.
    • Provenand demonstrable experience within the IT and MSP industry in a similar role.
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering strong revenue growth.
    • Deep knowledge of enterprise sales processes, client engagement strategies, and long-term account development.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and build high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Willingness to travel across the UK to support business objectives.
    • A full and valid UK driving license.
