This role is with one of our portfolio company. Responsibilities: You will own end-to-end sales cycles, engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders, and help build a repeatable enterprise sales motion. Drive complex, long-cycle, enterprise-level deals by engaging senior executives to identify needs and deliver tailored value. Own revenue, driving pipeline, bookings, margins, and quota attainment. Close large, complex deals including RFPs, negotiations, and commercial structuring. Manage, hire, train and ramp a team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for new logos. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Understand customer pain points and map product solutions. Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams. Deliver tailored demos, proposals, and business cases. Work with legal, finance, and leadership on deal closure. 10+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales with a strong track record closing complex, multi-year enterprise deals and leading teams to exceed sales targets. An expert in navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and selling at the C-suite and functional leader level. Prior experience of closing delas with Global Capability Centers and BPO customers will be an advantage. Consistent achievement of quota (ARR/revenue targets). Strong consultative / solution selling. Ability to conduct both executive level presentations and high-level technical presentations. Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
