WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Venatus is expanding its presence in the U.S. market, and we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales to drive new publisher partnerships in the gaming and entertainment space.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value publisher partnerships to grow our premium inventory and expand our footprint in the U.S. digital advertising ecosystem. You will be the face of Venatus, building relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating strategic deals, and ensuring that partners get the best possible value from Venatus products.
This is a high-impact, high-reward role suited for someone with strong enterprise sales experience, a hunter mentality, and the ability to drive new business in a fast-growing industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Publisher Operations, Publisher Success, Product and Engineering, to deliver best-in-class advertising solutions to our publisher partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping Venatus’ U.S. expansion strategy, influencing how we engage with the biggest players in digital advertising, and driving meaningful revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in enterprise software, digital media, or AdTech.
  • Demonstrated success in driving large deals ($250,000+ ACV) across gaming, entertainment or sports industries.
  • Strong solution-selling skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Expertise in in-app, web, and mobile advertising, with a strong understanding of monetization strategies and ad formats across different platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, publisher operations, revenue management, and ad monetization strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage high-level enterprise meetings.
  • A passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude, driven by a desire to win and continuously improve personal and professional skills.
  • Entrepreneurial hunter mindset with a self-starter attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

  • Serve as a regional expert, identifying new business opportunities, industry events, and market trends.
  • Advocate for U.S. publisher needs, working closely with product and leadership teams to influence Venatus’ global strategy.
