You will champion the "Automate Everything" mantra, specifically streamlining Identity and Access Management (IAM) for Day 1 readiness. Global Infrastructure Excellence: Oversee the lifecycle of corporate hardware (macOS, Windows, Mobile) and SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian), ensuring maximum ROI and "Zero-Touch" deployment. Security & Resilience: Act as the frontline defender for identity and device security. You will maintain a "secure by design" posture and own Backup & Disaster Recovery protocols to ensure operations remain battle-tested. Strategic Partnership: Build deep relationships with business leaders (Ops, HR, Finance) and manage the vendor ecosystem to ensure technology initiatives solve real-world problems. Capabilities to Bring The Proactive Leader: 7+ years in senior IT leadership with a proven track record of leading service-oriented technology organizations. Data-Driven Mindset: Expert ability to use ITSM data (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate IT's value to the business. AI Literacy: Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation or Agentic workflows (including Frontier LLMs like Claude) within a corporate environment. Global Fluency: Experience managing multi-site or global infrastructure, including an understanding of international compliance (e.g., GDPR).
