Responsibilities
  • Full technical leadership of design and engineering activities across complex EPCM industrial projects, with a focus on high tech, semiconductor, battery cell, and focus on energy, energy generation, oil and gas large scale plants.
  • Strategic and operational coordination of all planning phases and subprojects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met across disciplines.
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the key technical representative and trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Development and continuous improvement of design and engineering workflows, including bid structuring, reporting, and change management.
  • Active contribution to business development by building client relationships and positioning design management services in the market.
