Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of ERP to lead our enterprise resource planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our ERP system to ensure it aligns with our business objectives and operational needs.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Unit4 or other major ERP systems is highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems management and implementation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Latest Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Unit4 or similar platforms is crucial.
System Integration: Ability to integrate ERP systems with other business processes and systems within the organization.
Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing complex data to inform decision-making and improve ERP system performance.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.

SOFT SKILLS

Leadership: Capable of leading and inspiring a team of ERP professionals, setting clear goals, and driving the team towards success.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex ERP concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying issues within ERP systems and processes and developing innovative solutions.
Change Management: Proficient in managing change, as ERP system implementations can significantly alter existing business processes.

HYBRID SKILLS

Techno-functional Expertise: Understanding both the business processes and the technical requirements for ERP, enabling end-to-end management of implementations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Excellent knowledge of English
