• Extensive experience in executive protection, fleet management, or a related security field, with proven experience leading high-risk security operations for senior executives.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk management strategies, and transportation logistics.
• Management experience with proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing security teams.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in both English and German.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and decision making under pressure.
• Familiarity with fleet management software, security systems and data-driven reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret risk assessments and operational data to drive continuous improvement in security practices.

• Lead the Executive Protection & Fleet Services Team, develop and manage the department’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maintain and enhance fleet operations and executive protection services.
• Define and drive a comprehensive security strategy for both executive protection and fleet operations that aligns with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of executive protection protocols.
• Supervise and mentor security drivers and protection officers, ensuring rigorous training, operational readiness and strict adherence to security standards.
• For the vehicles included in the scope of fleet protection, ensure all vehicles are safe, secure, fully operational and managed in a cost-effective manner to support seamless executive travel.
• Conduct regular travel and transportation risk assessments and threat analysis to proactively identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop and enforce risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure readiness in high-risk situations.
• Work with the wider security team to coordinate emergency response strategies and ensure a consistent approach across the organisation.
• Represent Corporate Security in interactions with Procurement and other Group functions .
• Prepare and deliver concise, data-driven reports and updates to senior management (including the Head of Corporate Security) on fleet performance, security risks and incident response.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive protection issues, ensuring clear communication and effective cross-departmental collaboration.
